After all the delicious treats our garden offers up make their way to our abundantly bedecked table.
For instance, there is home-made jam made using local fruit and velvety honey gathered from the comb. Add to that is top-quality produce from the region, whether it is free-range eggs from a nearby farm, hand-shaped bread from the village baker, speciality cheese from South Tyrolean and Italian producers, ‘Kaminwurzen’ sausages from butchers in the area or fresh, home-made cakes – our maxim is local, natural and carefully selected. And it doesn’t stop there. Explore our gourmet variety, preferably while having a nice conversation, kicked off with an espresso – from the espresso machine, of course.
